Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information about the users of our apps.

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove the information.

We do collect anonymous usage information about our website to help us improve our services and applications. Some anonymous usage information is collected in our Mobile Apps as well.

Links Within Apps

Some apps have external links such as to our website or to the App Store you purchased from to allow you to find out more about our company, our products and services. These links are only available from the title screen and/or in the “Parents”/”About” sections (which require a 3 second hold to get into in most apps).

In-App Purchases

Some of our free apps may contain in-app purchases. Apps with In-App purchases are stated in the description.

Advertising

We accept advertisements from Third Parties ad networks which may be displayed in our Kids Apps. These Third Parties ad networks are carefully selected to preserve compliance with applicable privacy laws, and we confirm with each of these ad networks that they are compliant with the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and the rules promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) under that Act, including but not limited to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule 16 C.F.R. Part 312) in performance of their services towards ChristmasDayCountdown. Note that if the User of the Kids Apps clicks on any of these advertisements, the advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect Kids Non-personal Information and/or Kids personally identifiable information. We recommend that you, as the legal guardian of a Kid, review the terms of use and privacy policy for any advertiser with whom you and/or the User of the Kids Apps are interacting before doing so. Their privacy policy, not ours, will apply to any of those interactions. In addition, ChristmasDayCountdown may, at its discretion, advertise other ChristmasDayCountdown Apps within the Kids Apps. Such advertisements are not directed towards specific Users but are rather broadly posted onto random ChristmasDayCountdown Apps.
